This machine is a small fixed brick making machine with simple structure and reasonable design. A durable JZQ reducer is used to take care of the lifting of the mold box. The press head adopts a push-pull design, which is safe and convenient.
The vibration platform is welded by Q345 steel plate, and the connecting piece with the host adopts rubber column design, which greatly improves the durability.
The whole machine is equipped with 3 vibrators, which can provide strong excitation force, fast brick forming speed and good density.
The mold is welded with Q345 steel, which can be directly replaced to produce different brick types.
