  SHM5-10 big hydraulic pressure clay interlocking block brick making machine

 

1. This machine adopts the most advanced static press system, matched with high pressure plunger pump, the machine can provide
pressure of 200T and above.

2.The hydraulic system adopts domestic well-known brands and has high durability. Single proportional valve control can freely adjust all
oil pressures.
3.The compaction system adopts a segmented design, and the main oil cylinder is equipped with an auxiliary oil tank, which can be
pressed down instantly with the help of a filling valve. Double oil cylinders on both sides are responsible for lifting and lowering, which
greatly improves work efficiency
4.The control system comes with a two-way compaction system, you can freely choose one-way or two-way compaction to meet the needs
of different raw materials.The compression ratio of the whole machine reaches 2.1:1, and the compression ratio can be adjusted arbitrarily
to make bricks of different heights. The equipment is suitable for all raw materials, including clay, stone powder, concrete, etc.
5.By changing the mold, the equipment can produce interlocking turns and tiles of different specifications and sizes.
