The control system adopts Delta PLC and a human-computer interaction interface, which can adjust the corresponding parameter values according to different raw materials. The hydraulic system adopts domestic well-known brands and has high durability. Single proportional valve control can freely adjust all oil pressures. The compaction system adopts a segmented design, and the main oil cylinder is equipped with an auxiliary oil tank, which can be pressed down instantly with the help of a filling valve. Double oil cylinders on both sides are responsible for lifting and lowering, which greatly improves work efficiency The control system comes with a two-way compaction system, you can freely choose one-way or two-way compaction to meet the needs of different raw materials. The compression ratio of the whole machine reaches 2.1:1, and the compression ratio can be adjusted arbitrarily to make bricks of different heights.
